Same Day DeliveryAED 28 · Upgrade at checkout

Standard Next Day: Free next day delivery to all 7 Emirates (excluding freezones) for orders placed by 10:00pm. Delivery window: 9am–10pm next day.

Same Day Delivery: Available for Dubai (cut-off 3:00pm) and Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman (cut-off 1:00pm). Delivery window: 4pm–10pm same day.

GCC Delivery (Delivered Duty Paid)

Delivered via Quiqup/Naqel. All duties and taxes are included - no fees at delivery.

International Delivery (Delivered Duty Unpaid)

Delivered via Quiqup/DHL. Duties and taxes at destination are the customer's responsibility. PO Box delivery addresses are not supported.

Duties & Customs

For GCC orders, all customs duties and taxes are fully covered by HHARA at delivery. For all other international orders, any customs charges, import taxes, and clearance fees are the customer's responsibility and are determined by your local customs authority. HHARA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Our courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
